Payment methods

The customer can pay for the ordered products in one of the following ways:

1.Cash or cash on delivery

2.By payment at the post office, bank or internet banking

3.By bank transfer

4.Credit and / or debit cards: MasterCard® and Maestro®, Visa,

Before a customer can make a payment by any means of payment, he must register and fill out an online order form. After the order has been filled in correctly, the trader delivers the order confirmation to the customer to the e-mail address defined by the customer during registration. In case of taking over the goods at the point of sale, the ordered products cannot be picked up immediately after payment, but the usual delivery times apply. The buyer receives additional notification by e-mail that his goods are ready for collection. In case the buyer intends to pay for the goods by e-banking / bank transfer, the payment deadline is 24 hours. After this deadline, the retailer cannot guarantee the condition of the warehouse and the availability of the ordered items. Order processing starts from the moment the payment is visible on our account. If the payment was made after the deadline and the goods are available, the delivery procedure is initiated. If the goods are not available, the refund of overpaid funds (increased by legal interest at the interest rate of the commercial bank with which it maintains a transaction account) is approached within a maximum of 30 days from the date of payment.

Payment security

The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by the use of SSL encryption. Online billing sites are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128/256-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission. This enables secure transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and the Monri Payments service, and vice versa.
